Getting your order to you with love

Here's the thing about shipping: it might seem like just logistics, but to us it's actually the final step in this whole journey of care. From the lavender fields to the distillation process to our small-batch blending to carefully wrapping your order—every moment matters. 

We ship everything via Australia Post to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible. They're reliable, they're trackable, and they get the job done well.

What shipping costs (and how to find out)

Shipping charges are calculated right in your shopping cart—no surprises, no hidden fees. Just add your products, select your destination, and you'll see your shipping price and estimated delivery time before you check out. Easy peasy.

Important: Always check the tracking information we send you! It's the best way to know exactly where your package is and when to expect it. And if you have any questions or something seems off, please reach out to us at hello@inessem.com. We're here for you.

When your order ships

If you order before 2 pm on a weekday (not including public holidays), we'll get it out the door that very same day. 

Once your order ships via Australia Post, it typically takes 2-4 business days to reach you. We say "typically" because sometimes things happen that are beyond our control—weather delays, postal volume, the occasional logistical hiccup.

We work hard to get things to you within the timeframes we quote (and faster when possible!), but we also want to be real with you about the fact that delivery can occasionally take a bit longer.

When your order is dispatched, you'll get an email with your tracking number and instructions. This lets you follow your package's journey from us to you, which is kind of fun if you're the type who likes knowing where things are.

If something goes sideways

Look, we hope everything arrives perfectly and right on time. But if something feels off—your package is delayed, tracking isn't updating, you have questions—please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@inessem.com.

We're real people who genuinely care about making sure you have a good experience, and we'll do whatever we can to help.

For Returns and Exchanges, please contact us first at hello@inessem.com to get instructions before sending anything back. Once we receive your return, please allow about a week for processing. (You can find all the details on our Returns page!)
