DELIVERY TIMES

In-stock products that are purchased on weekdays before 2 pm (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the very same day.

All orders are shipped by Australia Post. Orders received before 2 pm each day will ship the very same day and be scheduled for delivery from two to four business days.

We try hard to ship in the times quoted and faster if possible‚ but sometimes deliveries can be delayed beyond our control.

When your product is dispatched you will receive an email containing a consignment number and tracking instructions. This number will allow you to track the progress of your parcel.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We happily accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they're unopened and in their original condition.

For natural skincare and beauty products, we can't accept returns if they've been used (hygiene reasons, you know?), unless something's faulty.

Just a heads up: items purchased during sale promotions aren't eligible for return, and if you bought from one of our wholesalers, you'll need to reach out to them directly for returns.
